Terms & Conditions
The purchase of any travel services offered by Let’s Go Vino, LLC, constitutes a contractual agreement between you and Let’s Go Vino, LLC, and represents your acceptance of Let’s Go Vino, LLC terms and conditions set out herein. All guests must be 21+ years old of age to participate in the travel services provided. Participants in the Canadian tours must be 18+ years old of age. Please ensure that you have read carefully these terms & conditions prior to your booking.
Prices are per person based on double occupancy in US dollars. If a guest would like to share a double room with another wine vacation participant, we will accommodate the request, but cannot guarantee its availability. Single room supplement will apply when a guest requests a single accommodation. Let’s Go Vino, LLC, reserve the right to re-calculate price due to fluctuations in the market and exchange rates. Your trip price will be locked in once your deposit is paid. No refunds are issued in the event that a guest fails to participate in any part(s) of the scheduled itinerary.
Deposit & Final payment
A wine tour or vacation booking is not confirmed until receipt of deposit by Let’s Go Vino, LLC, and a receipt of a signed booking form and/or credit card authorization form. For day trips, the amount of deposit is 20% per person due 30 days prior to the event date, with the balance due on the day of the tour. The amount of the deposit is 30% per person for wine tours with overnight accommodations with final payment is due 30 days before the first day of the trip. Client also agrees to pay additional transportation charges if the actual drop off time is extended past the agreed upon end time of the tour. All payments are paid in US dollars.
For day trips if you cancel within 14 days of the tour, your deposit is non-refundable. For overnight bookings, if you book within 30 days of the start date of the tour, your deposit is immediately non-refundable. Deposit refund is possible for the first 30 days from the date of deposit so long as you have booked more than 120 days before the start date of the tour. Final payment is non-refundable. In the unforeseeable event of Let’s Go Vino, LLC cancelling a trip for any reason, its only obligation to participants is to refund all monies collected from the client for the specific destination.
We stay in four-star hotels or luxury accommodations. On occasion a boutique hotel that may be a three-star property might be necessary, but not their level of comfort and convenience. You may also request a Bed and Breakfast for your stay. We cannot guarantee the hotels included in a trip proposal until the deposits have been received. We reserve the right to substitute similar or superior level hotels when necessary. We will always notify you if a particular hotel or hotels are unavailable.
Health & dietary restrictions
Let’s Go Vino, LLC cannot guarantee but will make every effort to accommodate any allergies, dietary needs or restrictions. We request that each traveler discuss with us any medical or physical restrictions s/he may have 30 days in advance of trip. Please check your medical coverage to determine if you are covered while traveling away from home. Let’s Go Vino, LLC reserves the right to not accept nor retain any participant whose health or actions in the sole judgment of Let’s Go Vino, LLC may hinder or disrupt the wine vacation program.
We highly recommend protecting your investment by purchasing travel insurance. Travel protection plans are available from various insurance companies that provide coverage in the event of an unforeseen emergency that may force you to cancel or leave a vacation. We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance to cover 100% of your vacation cost as there are no exceptions to the cancellation penalties.
Where transfers are included, there may be a scheduled group transfer for arrival and departure at a designated time and place. It is the responsibility of the guest to be at the transfer point on time.
Passports and Visas
It is the trip participant’s responsibility to obtain a valid passport and to pay for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements and for any documents required by laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements of the countries he/she will visit. Non-US citizens are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently.
Let’s Go Vino, LLC, and its representatives, act only as an intermediary for the suppliers, and services associated with the vacation tours. Let’s Go Vino, LLC does not own or operate any of the vehicles, suppliers, accommodations and services connected to the trip, therefore, the participant agrees that neither Let’s Go Vino, LLC nor its affiliates and/or representatives shall be liable for any direct or indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damage, accident, loss (including personal injury, death and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services. Let’s Go Vino, LLC and its representatives accept no responsibly for any damage, delay, or irregularity, expense or liability arising from sickness, theft, labor disputes, government restraints, weather conditions, nor for any additional expenses or damage due to the changes in schedules or services, or any other cause beyond their control. Let’s Go Vino, LLC reserves the right to cancel or change itineraries.
The guest of the trip permits Let’s Go Vino, LLC to take photographs, videos, and testimonials of participants for its own commercial use without compensation to participates.
Accommodations at luxury hotels, Meals and wine per the itinerary, Wine tastings and tour fees, Transportation with experienced guides to wineries and restaurants, Transportation to and from the airport and hotels per itinerary and all applicable taxes (this will vary based on requests).
What’s not included
Air or land transportation to the destination, Gratuities, Travel insurance Personal expenses or meals and drinks not included in the trip (this may also vary with requests and day tours).
