The purchase of any travel services offered by Let’s Go Vino, LLC, constitutes a contractual agreement between you and Let’s Go Vino, LLC, and represents your acceptance of Let’s Go Vino, LLC’s terms and conditions set out herein. All guests must be 21+ years old to participate in the travel services provided in the US. For tours to Valle de Guadalupe in Mexico, all participants must be 18 or over.

Pricing Prices are per person based on US dollars. Let’s Go Vino, LLC, reserves the right to recalculate prices due to fluctuations in the market and exchange rates. Your trip price will be locked in one week before the tour and once your deposit is paid. No refunds are issued if a guest fails to participate in any part(s) of the scheduled itinerary. For all tours, changes to the date, or itinerary after the initial deposit, a $50 change fee will be applied.

Deposit & Final Payment A wine tour is confirmed upon the receipt of the deposit by Let’s Go Vino and the agreement to the terms. The deposit is 30% of the tour pricing due 14 days before the event date, with the balance due on your event date. For tours to Mexico, a 50% deposit is required. The client also agrees to pay additional transportation charges if the actual drop-off time is extended past the agreed-upon end time of the tour.

Cancellation Policy  For walking tours, if you cancel within 7 days of the tour, your deposit is non-refundable. Any guests who cancel within 24 hours of the group’s tour date will pay the full amount.

For wine tours that include transportation, if you cancel within 14 days of the tour date, the deposit is non-refundable. Additional transportation fees of $60 may apply if you have last-minute changes that cancel a reserved vehicle. Any guests who cancel within 24 hours of the group’s tour date will pay the full amount.

In the unforeseeable event of Let’s Go Vino, canceling a trip for any reason, its only obligation to participants is to refund all monies collected from the client for the specific destination.

Health & Dietary Restrictions Let’s Go Vino, will make every effort to accommodate any allergies, dietary needs, or restrictions. We request that each traveler discuss with us any medical or physical requirements they may have before the tour.

Travel Insurance We highly recommend protecting your investment by purchasing travel insurance. Travel protection plans are available from various insurance companies that provide coverage in the event of an unforeseen emergency that may force you to cancel your vacation. We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance to cover 100% of your vacation cost as there are no exceptions to the cancellation penalties.

Liability Disclaimer Let’s Go Vino, LLC, and its representatives, act only as an intermediary for the suppliers, and services associated with the wine tours. Let’s Go Vino, does not own or operate any of the vehicles, suppliers, accommodations, and services connected to the trip, therefore, the participant agrees that neither Let’s Go Vino, nor its affiliates or representatives shall be liable for any direct or indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damage, accident, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services. Let’s Go Vino, and its representatives accept no responsibility for any damage, delay, irregularity, expense, or liability arising from sickness, theft, labor disputes, government restraints, or weather conditions, nor for any additional cost or damage due to the changes in schedules or services, or any other cause beyond their control. Let’s Go Vino, LLC reserves the right to cancel or change itineraries.

Photography Release We take photos and videos during the event to use in marketing. The guests of the tour permit Let’s Go Vino, LLC to take photographs, videos, and testimonials of participants for its commercial use without compensation to participants.
